PAL JOEY
at Studio 54

EXTENDED GLORY

The Roundabout Theatre's production of Pal Joey will continue running at Studio 54 through March 1. The show was scheduled to close on February 15. It opened on December 18.

Pal Joey, based on John O'Hara's novel, traces the rise and fall of song and dance man Joey Evans, a habitual womanizer, who dreams of owning his own nightclub. And doesn't care who he hurts to make his dream come true. Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart, wrote the music and lyrics, respectively. The new book is by Richard Greenberg. The show is directed by Joe Mantello.

The show stars Matthew Risch as Joey, Stockard Channing as Vera, Martha Plimpton as Gladys Bumps, Jenny Fellner as Linda English, Daniel Marcus as Ludlow Lowell, Steven Skybell as Ernest and Robert Clohessy as Mike.
