By R.B. Harris
Published June 19 2007

  Liev Schreiber/Ph: Aubrey Reuben

The revival of Eric Bogosian's Talk Radio at the Longacre, will shut down on June 24, after 150 performances.

The play, directed by Robert Falls, stars Liev Schreiber, as a foul-mouthed Cleveland talk show host, who loathes himself even more than he does his audience. The cast also includes Stephanie March, Peter Hermann and Sebastian Stan, among others. The set is by Mark Wendland, lighting by Christopher Akerland , sound by Richard Woodbury and costumes by Laura Bauer.

The production received Tony Award nominations for Best Revival of a Play and Best Leading Actor in a Play(Liev Schreiber). Mr. Schreiber won the 2007 Drama League Distinguished Performance Award. He also received Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Award noms for his performance.
