The award-laden August: Osage County will play the National's Lyttleton Theatre, November 21 thru January 21. Stateside, the Tracy Letts drama picked up a Pulitzer Prize for Drama, Tony Award for Best Play (among others, including Best Leading Actress-Deanna Dunagan and Best Featured Actress-Rondi Reed), New York Drama Critics Circle Award and the Drama Desk Award. The show, currently on at New York's Music Box, was originated at Chicago's Steppenwolf Theatre. Anna D. Shapiro is the director. While no casting has yet been announced , it is thought that at the very least Dunagan and Reed, will reprise their roles in the West End.
