Hair and plenty of it will be crossing the pond next year. That's right: the Tony Award-winning revival will touch down at the Gielgud Theatre on April 1, with an opening set for Wednesday April 14.
The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical will be sending the original Broadway cast over. And the complete creative team will also reunite for the West End production.
As for the Broadway production of Hair, a completely new tribe will debut at the Al Hirschfeld on Tuesday evening March 9. Along with the Tony Award, the production also was named Best Musical Revival by the Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle and the Drama League.
